東京大学大学院工学系研究科修了後、ゴールドマンサックス入社。株式トレーダー、金利デリバティブトレーダー(ヴァイスプレジデント)を経て、2010年、人工知能を用いた投資ファンド設立(2014年Exit)。2013年には、大学生向けキャリア教育プラットフォーム「キャリア大学」を立ち上げ、日本最大規模まで成長させる。2014年、VISITS WORKS(現:VISITS Technologies)設立。シリコンバレーと東京を拠点に世界に挑戦する。NPO法人キャリアクルーズ理事長、文部科学省事業委員、早稲田大学グローバルアントレプレナー事業外部評価員を兼任。2010年、アームレスリング全日本選手権優勝。

Masaru joined Goldman Sachs Japan after graduating from the Graduate School of Engineering at the University of Tokyo. At Goldman Sachs, he gained experience in stock trading and also became the Vice-President of Interest Derivatives Trading. He set up his own AI-based hedge fund in 2010 and sold it in 2014 to concentrate on his other ventures. Masaru founded Career University in 2013 to provide career education for college students and grew it to be the largest provider of such services in Japan. Founded VISITS WORKS (Current VISITS Technologies) in 2014, which is growing globally from its offices in Tokyo and Silicon Valley. He is also the President of Career Cruise (NGO), a member of a committee under the MEXT (Japanese Ministry of Education) as well as external auditor for Waseda University’s Global Entrepreneur program. He was also the champion of the Japanese national arm-wrestling championship in 2010.

公認会計士。1996年、監査法人トーマツ入所。会計監査、上場準備会社の公開指導にあたる。2003年、大証ヘラクレス市場(現JASDAQ市場)上場会社入社。財務経理部長就任。 海外子会社4社の管理を含め会計業務の立て直しを図る。2005年、株式会社ドリコム入社。 経営管理部長を経て取締役就任。入社後1年弱で東証マザーズ市場への上場をはたす。 2009年、株式会社ザッパラス(東証1部)入社。管理本部長就任。M&A、管理業務全般に従事。 2009年、株式会社ノボット入社。取締役CFO就任。創業より2年半でバイアウトのエグジットに導く。 2016年9月、VISITS Technologies取締役CFOに就任。

Certified Accountant. Hironori joined Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC in 1996 where he was involved in auditing and IPO preparations for client companies. Hironori then joined a firm listed on the Nippon New Market Hercules (current JASDAQ stock exchange) as CFO. There, he was responsible for reforming the company’s internal financial systems, including those of 4 overseas subsidiaries.

In 2005, Hironori entered Drecom Co. Ltd where he was head of internal administration before becoming a board member. He was also responsible for the public listing of Drecom on MOTHERS, a stock market under the Tokyo Stock Exchange, within a year of joining. Joined Zappalas Inc. (listed on 1st section of Tokyo Stock Exchange) in 2009 as head of internal management, where he was involved in M&As and a wide range of management tasks. Also assumed the CFO position and became a member of the board of Nobot Inc. in 2009 where he led the company to an exit within 2 and a half years of incorporation. Assumed the CFO position and became a member of the board in VISITS Technologies in September 2016.

東京大学大学院理学系研究科修了後(素粒子理論・宇宙論)、マッキンゼー・アンド・カンパニー入社。大手企業に対して、データ解析から経営戦略策定に至るまで幅広くコンサルティングを行う。2014年、VISITSに参画。「ビジネス×サイエンス」の視点から、本事業においても顧客行動データの解析結果に基づいた最適アルゴリズム策定から経営戦略策定を含めたビジネス面全般に関わる。グロービスマネジメントスクールにて講師も務める。

Minoru joined McKinsey and Company after graduating from the Graduate School of Science at the University of Tokyo. He was involved in multiple fields of consulting, including data analysis and strategic development, with many large firms as clients. He joined the VISITS group in 2014. He is passionate about applying the principles of science into business. In the context of the VISITS, he is involved with the development and optimizing of algorithms, strategic development etc. based on customer behavior data. Minoru also lectures at Globis Management School.

1997年、創業間もない株式会社オプト(現 株式会社オプトホールディング 東証一部 2389)に入社。セールス、メディア、マーケティング、モバイル部門等の責任者を歴任する。2007年、当時オプトの子会社であった株式会社ホットリンク(東証マザーズ:3680)へ転籍し取締役COOに就任、受託開発事業からSaaS事業へのピポッドに成功。子会社である株式会社ガーラバズや株式会社ホットリンクコンサルティングの代表取締役も歴任。株式会社オプト(2004年、JASDAQ)と株式会社ホットリンク(2013、東証マザーズ)をIPOに導くことに大きく貢献する。 2016年4月、DG Partners LLC.の代表パートナーに就任。2016年9月、株式会社VISITS Technolgoiesの取締役に就任。

Koichiro joined Opt Inc. (currently Opt Holdings Inc., Reg. No. 2389 on Tosho 1st Section) when it was just starting up in 1997. At Opt Inc., he assumed the role of general manager after working in a variety of roles including sales and media. In 2007, he transferred to Hottolink Inc. (Reg. No. 3680 on TSE MOTHERS), which was then a subsidiary of Opt Inc. and assumed the role of COO. He successfully pivoted Hottolink from development outsourcing to providing SaaS services. He also assumed the role of CEO in 2 of Hottolink’s subsidiaries, Galabuzz Inc. and Hottolink Consulting Inc. Koichiro also contributed heavily to the IPOs of both Opt Inc (2004 on JASDAQ) and Hottolink Inc (TSE MOTHERS). Koichiro assumed the role of CEO at DG Partners LLC. in April 2016 and joined the board of VISITS Technologies in September 2016.

大学在学中に会社を設立し、食料品の輸入事業で大手通販会社・メディア等の販路開拓に成功。2005年、珈琲豆や器具を販売する日本最大級のコーヒーのネット通販サイトを運営する株式会社イン・ザ・カップを創業し、その他インターネット関連事業を中心に十数件の新規事業立上げに参画。2009年、スマートフォン向けのアドネットワーク事業を手がける株式会社ノボットを他社に先駆けて創業し、国内外の事業者と提携、わずか2年「AdMaker」を国内有数のアドネットワークに急成長させる。2011年8月、KDDI子会社の株式会社medibaに15億円で売却。2013年より渡米して、現在サンフランシスコでスタートアップ中。2015年VISITSにアドバイザーとして参画。

Kiyo started his own foodstuff importing company while being a student. His company successfully established a revenue stream through large retail corporations and the media. In 2005, he founded In the Cup Inc. in 2005, which operated the largest E-commerce website in Japan for coffee beans and related machinery. He was also involved in the development of more than 10 other E-commerce based businesses.

Kiyo became a pioneer in the advertising sector when he founded Nobot Inc. in 2009 – providing smartphone ads when no other Japanese company was doing so. With the cooperation of partners in and out of Japan, Nobot was able to develop its own service, AdMaker, into one of the few advertising networks in Japan within 2 years. Nobot was bought out for 1.5 billion yen (~13 million USD) by KDDI subsidiary Mediba in August 2011. Kiyo moved to the United States in 2013 and is currently working on a startup in San Francisco. Joined the VISITS group as an advisor in 2015.
