VISITS OB: Number of matches crosses 60,000 mark only 5 months after release
Since the release of VISITS OB, run by VISITS WORKS Inc., in December 2015, more than 60,000 matches have been made through the platform.
Using VISITS OB, both current students and employees in participating companies are able to view each others’ profiles and “Like” them. Only after both parties like each others’ profiles can they freely contact each other. Since VISITS OB’s release 5 months ago, we have achieved more than 60,000 of such “matches” between students and working adults on the service.
Through this system, we want to ensure that students are able to get in contact with the employees who share their interests, backgrounds etc. Through this, both students and employees get the motivation to meet with each other and in the most fulfilling way possible.
VISITS Works is currently planning the introduction of more new functions to further improve the service and continually increase the value that VISITS OB provides to both companies and students.
VISITS WORKSが運営している、キャリア形成プラットホーム「VISITS OB」は平成27年12月のリリースからたった5か月の間で学生とOB/OGのマッチングが6万件を超えました。
VISITS OBの仕組みは、学生とOB/OGがお互いのプロフィールを閲覧でき、「いいね！」をつける仕組みからなっています。学生とOB/OGがお互いのプロフィールを「いいね！」したときのみ、お互いに連絡が取れます。このようなマッチングは、サービスリリースから5か月の今、早速にも6万件を超えました。
このように、関心分野・育ちなどが一致している学生とOB/OGを繋げることで、お互いのニーズとモチベーションにつながるOB/OG訪問を可能にしていきます。VISITS WORKSも今後、人事及び学生に更なるバリューを提供するために、VISITS OBの機能の更なる充実などに努めていきます。
